Refund policy

  • Send en email to info@neckmess.co.uk and we'll inform you on how to return your item.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
  • We don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item.
  • We don't refund the shipping cost of your order.
  • Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed withing 2 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 5 days of receiving the product. 
  • If your jewellery piece is faulty (e.g. colour fade/broken chain/loose stone), please note we will replace the jewellery only once.
  • If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
