Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

• Free UK Standard Delivery when you spend over £75 (arrives in 2-5 working days once shipped)
• Standard UK Shipping: £2.99 (arrives in 2-5 working days once shipped)
• UK Next Day Guaranteed by 12pm: £7.99 (order before 12pm, does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)

Worldwide 

• Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, 5 days + delivery £15

 

What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

If you or no one else is not at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be set to your local post office.

If you have ordered Next Day Delivery then you should receive a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery.

 

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
